To be used in FDORecord.addProfile. Adds a reference from this record to another record and back.
Parameters
- inverseAttribute: string | Attribute<never>
  The PID or Attribute instance of the attribute on the referenced record that will link bank to this record
- targetRecord: string | LocalFDORecord | PublishedFDORecord
  The referenced record, or the PID or local identifier of the referenced record
