Demo interfaces for exporation.
The FAIR DO Lab contains user interfaces to demonstrate the services.
Our Demo-Page has a few user interfaces which are being configured with a FAIR DO Lab instance. It is currently not directly integrated with the FAIR DO Lab, but you can set up your own instance using the instructions in the frontend-collection repository.
FAIR-DOscope is an easy-to-use, generic FAIR Digital Object viewer and browser accepting PIDs of FAIR DOs and presenting the associated PID record in a graphical and user-friendly way. It offers a tabular view of the contents of a PID record and a graphical representation of related FAIR DOs. (FAIR-DOscope section)
Details can be found on the FAIR-DOscope section.
Kibana can be used to explore the database, but is being considered a management interface. It is not a simple interface for everyday search requests that should be accessible to all users. Kibana is available via http://127.0.0.1:5601.
